About the Role:
The Restaurant Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience and operational success of The Addison. We are seeking a highly driven hospitality leader with a passion for exceptional service, a strong understanding of London's dynamic restaurant landscape, and the ability to create memorable experiences.
Leading from the floor, you will inspire a culture of excellence, energy and genuine hospitality, ensuring every service is delivered to the highest standards. You will combine operational expertise with commercial awareness and a relentless focus on guest satisfaction, continually seeking opportunities to elevate the dining experience.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading the day-to-day operation of a high-volume premium restaurant, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Championing outstanding guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing front-of-house team.
- Driving operational and commercial performance, maximising revenue through guest engagement.
- Supporting the successful delivery of events and business objectives.
You'll Have:
- Proven restaurant or hospitality management experience.
