Job Responsibilities
- Provide the highest standards of property custodial security services while delivering good customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Ensure safe access and maintain a high level of customer service to all guests and visitors, adopting a polite and courteous manner.
- Maintain a strict security policy to prevent unidentified personnel from entering the facilities.
- Patrol the facilities internally and externally on a regular, managed basis to keep the building secure, undamaged, meet health and safety objectives, and report any risks to the Security Manager.
- Ensure loan worker compliance by using the company corporate radio network for predefined communications.
- Monitor and operate control‑room systems such as CCTV, Raven, lighting computer, intruder alarm, fire alarm and BMS, and manage day‑to‑day incident recordings.
- Maintain local communication through the venue radio and Raven systems.
- Handle receipt of goods and deliveries for the arena, ensuring correct paperwork, informing relevant departments, and remaining vigilant for suspect packages.
- Be fully conversant with the company’s security and safety procedures, making decisions or referrals as appropriate.
- Provide holiday cover for other security officers and carry out other duties as assigned.
- Provide assistance to other departments as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar security environment within the entertainment or leisure industry.
- Familiarity with CCTV monitoring and communication systems.
- Knowledge of building and technical control systems.
- Licensed under the SIA for Frontline.
- Licensed under the SIA for CCTV, or a willingness to work towards the qualification.
- First Aid trained.
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern.

- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
- Strong computer skills.
- Knowledge of SCaN and ACT products.
