About the Role
Drive revenue and elevate premium experiences at one of the UK's leading arenas. You'll win new business, secure high-value corporate partnerships, and grow key client relationships - consistently exceeding ambitious sales targets while delivering exceptional hospitality. PLEASE NOTE: This is a maternity cover position and if successful, the fixed term contract is for 10 months.

Key Responsibilities:
- Driving new business growth through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and a strong forward-thinking sales pipeline.
- Maximising revenue by upselling and cross-selling across key accounts and the wider premium portfolio.
- Building and strengthening high-value relationships, unlocking new opportunities with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Delivering targeted sales campaigns and innovative, compelling proposals that convert and exceed performance metrics.
- Collaborating cross-functionally and representing the brand at events to ensure exceptional customer experiences and generate new leads.
We are looking for someone with:
- A proven track record in B2B and/or B2C sales, with strong commercial and financial acumen.
- The ability to build lasting relationships, combined with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
