Responsibilities

  • Play a crucial role in assisting the smooth running and delivery of a Show at Leeds first direct bank arena.
  • Assist with the ticket office being fully prepared on an event day including the collation of agent lists, checking seating, setting up the accessible bays, testing entry scanners, setting up the Box Office computers, and helping to maintain a clean and tidy Box Office environment.
  • Use our ticketing systems to assist customers with a range of ticketing issues to reach a resolution in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate handing out Guest List tickets/passes correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Any other tasks deemed appropriate by the Box Office manager.
  • Additional opportunities outside of Show Shifts to assist with other adhoc Ticketing/Box Office duties.
