The Role As a Hospitality Operations Supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role in the successful delivery of hospitality operations across a variety of premium event environments.
Leading teams during exhibitions, conferences, concerts and live events, you'll be responsible for creating a positive working environment, maintaining exceptional service standards and ensuring every guest receives a memorable experience.
Working closely with operational managers, chefs, bar teams and front-line colleagues, you'll coordinate service, support your team throughout every shift and ensure hospitality operations are delivered safely, efficiently and professionally.
