The Role As a Casual Hospitality Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to guests attending concerts, sporting events, comedy shows and other live entertainment at Sheffield Arena.
Working across restaurants, bars, hospitality suites, lounges and premium dining areas, you will provide outstanding customer service whilst maintaining the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness and professionalism.
You will be expected to represent the venue with enthusiasm, creating memorable experiences for every guest.
The Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service and provide a friendly, professional welcome to guests.
Serve food and beverages safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations.
Process cash and card payments accurately using point-of-sale systems.
Maintain strong knowledge of menus, drinks, promotions, and venue facilities.
Assist with the setup, presentation, and smooth operation of hospitality areas before, during, and after events.
Keep service areas clean, organised, and well-stocked throughout service.
