Overview
This Assistant Project Manager role supports the pre‑construction phase of major stadium and arena developments across Europe. You will work alongside senior project managers to help plan and prepare projects ahead of construction, ensuring a strong foundation for successful delivery. The role requires strong organisation, clear communication and the ability to collaborate with international teams.
Responsibilities
- Support senior project managers in planning and coordinating stadium and arena developments across Europe.
- Assist with project programming, cost planning and reporting during the pre‑construction phase.
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants and stakeholders to support design development and information flow.
- Contribute to procurement activities, including tender preparation and contractor evaluation.
- Assist in risk management, project documentation and stakeholder reporting to support effective decision‑making.
Qualifications
- Degree in a construction‑related discipline, or in a non‑construction subject with experience in a construction consultancy environment.
- Strong interest in construction project and/or cost management, with a desire to build a long‑term career in the industry.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to liaise with clients, consultants and contractors.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work well as part of a wider project team.
