The Role Our Cafe Supervisors supports the day-to-day running of retail operations during exhibitions, conferences, concerts, and live events.

The role involves supervising retail staff, maintaining high customer service standards, supporting sales targets, and ensuring smooth operational delivery in a fast-paced events environment.

Cafe Supervisors act as a key link between frontline staff and management, helping ensure visitors receive an excellent experience while operations run efficiently and safely.
