The Role To assist the Food & Ops Beverage Manager in the running of the F&B operations ensuring that all guests receive a high quality service to achieve sales targets.
To assist in fulfilling the vision of the venue to put the guests at the heart of everything we do.
The Responsibilities To assist the F&B Ops Manager in all operational requirements of the F&B operations.
To ensure all available resources are used to their optimum, ensuring a smooth running and profitable operation.
To lead a team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in all areas of the F&B operation including suites, VIP bars, Kiosks, Conference and banqueting To work events at the venue to ensure the highest standard of service To work alongside the F&B Managers, venue departments and relevant external contractors to co-ordinate events for our clients.
Daily use and reporting on the EPOS system.
Ordering of stock in line with forth-coming events calendar and to raise Purchase Orders in line with company procedures, liaise with the warehouse manager Ensure stock levels are maintained in line with forth-coming events calendar.
To manage staff and casual recruitment, training, motivation, delegation, and discipline.
To ensure compliance to health & safety and food hygiene regulations and ensure all relevant legislation is adhered to.
Any other reasonable duties as assigned by the F&B Operations Manager What we're looking for Experience of working in a similar environment ideally within the entertainment/leisure industry.
Have knowledge and understanding of current Health & Safety Regulations.
Be able to work under own initiative planning the departments work to ensure deadlines are achieved.
