About the Role

The Vice President, Partnerships (UK) is responsible for setting and delivering the strategic direction for partnership revenue growth across the UK portfolio.

This senior commercial leader will lead the identification, development and execution of new business opportunities, while unlocking incremental value from existing partnerships.

The role requires deep engagement with C‑suite and board‑level stakeholders, positioning Legends Global as a trusted, insight‑led partner of choice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the UK partnership revenue strategy, driving commercial growth and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Lead new business development, building and converting a high‑value pipeline of brand partnerships.
  • Engage senior stakeholders, positioning Legends Global as a strategic partner of choice.
  • Develop go‑to‑market strategies and innovative partnership opportunities across key sectors.
  • Maximise portfolio value through upselling, renewals and long‑term partnership growth.
  • Drive cross‑venue commercial opportunities and a unified market approach across the UK portfolio.
  • Negotiate complex, high‑value multi‑year agreements that deliver sustainable value.
  • Collaborate across functions to create compelling, integrated partnership solutions.
  • Foster a high‑performance sales culture with strong pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Provide strategic insights and performance reporting to senior leadership.
  • Represent Legends Global externally, strengthening industry relationships and brand reputation.

  • Delivery of multi‑million‑pound revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated success in closing complex, long‑term partnerships, typically six‑ and seven‑figure annual deals.
  • Strong strategic capability, able to translate market insight into actionable commercial strategies and revenue growth.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with credibility at C‑suite and board level.
  • Highly developed negotiation skills, with the ability to structure innovative, high‑value agreements.
  • Commercially astute and analytically driven, with a disciplined approach to pipeline management, forecasting and decision‑making.
  • Experience leading or mentoring high‑performing teams (or clear readiness to step into a leadership role).
  • Deep understanding of the sport, entertainment or live events landscape, including partnership trends and brand expectations.
  • Creative and solutions‑oriented mindset, able to develop differentiated, insight‑led partnership propositions.
  • Resilient, driven and results‑focused, with a proactive approach and strong personal ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire internally and influence externally.
  • Experience working across multi‑venue or portfolio‑based environments.
  • Established network of senior brand and agency contacts.
  • International or European market exposure.
