The Role
As our Venue Technician, you will make it your mission to deliver technical services, venue preparation and maintenance. The right candidate will act as part of the technical team, working directly with clients and the event coordinators to manage the set-up, arrival and departure of all events.

You Will Be Responsible For
- Actively involved with the technical production of events and concerts, including the installation of equipment.
- Support load ins and outs as required.
- Operate sound, lighting, and AV equipment and carry out repairs, modification and adjustment as required.
- Work well as part of the team, proactively with others.
- Clearing away and resetting equipment for subsequent events.
- Carry out general building maintenance as required.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the Technical Manager.

- Ability to communicate with colleagues and visitors at all levels professionally.
- Be physically capable due to the nature of the works involved.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and pick up new skills.
- Follow health and safety legislation and safe systems of work.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
