Based in the Thirsk area and looking for some flexible work? Then this could be the job for you! We are recruiting for casual hospitality and bar staff to join the team, working at one of our most vibrant venues – Thirsk Racecourse. Situated in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, Thirsk Racecourse offers a rich racing heritage with modern facilities and atmosphere. It has 15 race days a year from April to September, alongside a number of conferencing and events throughout the year. We are seeking F&B staff to work the 15 race days and events at Thirsk, delivering high service standards and assisting with the smooth running of all events and race days.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of service to guests while working at Thirsk Racecourse and other venues as required.
- Maintain CGC Standards of Excellence and assist with the smooth running of all events and race days.
- Support varied show events and venues including external venues listed (e.g., The Great Yorkshire Show, Wetherby Racecourse, The Paris Airshow).
- Participate in induction and training; complete full training and career development opportunities in FOH and BOH roles.
