About The Role
As our Senior Hospitality Manager, you will lead and elevate the hospitality experience at Utilita Arena Sheffield, setting the standard for exceptional food and beverage delivery across all premium and event-led offers. You will drive commercial performance, innovate hospitality strategies, and inspire high-performing teams to deliver memorable guest and client experiences that reflect the scale, energy, and ambition of one of the UK’s leading live entertainment venues.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership & Commercial Performance: Supporting the Head of F&B in delivering all hospitality operations in line with KPIs and budgets, driving sales growth, maximising resources, and ensuring a well-maintained and profitable operation.
- Event Delivery & Standards: Overseeing hospitality and conference & events areas to ensure all events are planned and delivered in line with SOPs, policies, and legal requirements.
- Financial & Stock Control: Managing hospitality stock in line with the events calendar, raising purchase orders as required, ensuring accurate and timely event invoicing and billing.
- People Leadership & Team Development: Leading, developing, and engaging a high-performing hospitality workforce, playing an integral role in recruitment, training, retention, employee relations, and wider engagement initiatives.
- Collaboration, Compliance & Administration: Working closely with Premium & Sales, Retail, internal arena/stadia departments, and external contractors to deliver outstanding client experiences while ensuring full compliance with health & safety and food hygiene legislation.
We Are Looking For Someone With
- Senior hospitality leadership experience in premium, corporate, or large-scale event environments.
- A proven background in premium hospitality operations, including restaurants, banqueting, VIP or corporate events.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with hands-on experience in budget management and cost control.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- A guest-first, people-led mindset, with a passion for developing talent and delivering world-class customer experiences.
