Legends Global is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in the Heritage Halls at Olympia. You will lead the kitchen team across conferences, exhibitions, banquets and live entertainment, delivering exceptional food experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume venue.
You will drive food quality, maintain HACCP standards and cost control while coaching staff and deputising for the Head Chef when needed, ensuring memorable guest experiences and operational excellence.
