On race days hosting up to 35,000 guests, you will drive sales, develop the retail offer and manage a large team to deliver flawless service.
You will oversee stock, scheduling, compliance and the customer experience across events, conferences and banquets in a large venue, applying strong leadership and EPOS expertise.
