The Bridgewater Hall is an internationally celebrated concert venue in Manchester, delivering over 300 performances each year. As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to guests attending concerts and events.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on engaging with customers.
The Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food and snacks while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with guests, responding to enquiries and promoting current products and offers.
- Process orders and payments accurately using till and point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain clean, safe and organised work areas, responding promptly to spills and potential health and safety hazards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure an exceptional guest experience at every event.

- Previous experience in food and beverage service, hospitality, events or another customer-facing environment.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
