The Role
You will help create exceptional experiences for visitors attending exhibitions, conferences, concerts, and live entertainment events at this iconic venue.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude.
- Operate tills and payment systems accurately.
- Replenish stock and maintain retail displays.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained.
- Follow health & safety, food hygiene, and company procedures.
- Assist in stock control and waste reduction initiatives.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth event operations.
