The Role

As Business Support Manager, you will be at the heart of Chelsea Football Club’s Food & Beverage operation, providing the structure, coordination, and commercial support that enables exceptional guest experiences. Acting as a key partner to operational leaders, you will drive efficiency, streamline business processes, and ensure the seamless delivery of hospitality and events across one of the most iconic sporting venues in the world. You Will Be Responsible For

  • Lead Business Support Operations – Oversee day‑to‑day business support and office operations, ensuring efficient processes, effective workflow management, and high administrative standards across the Food & Beverage function.
  • Coordinate Operational Delivery – Support the planning and execution of matchdays, stadium events, and hospitality operations, ensuring operational readiness and seamless cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Drive Stakeholder Collaboration – Act as a central point of coordination between Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Finance, and wider Club teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on key priorities.
  • Support Commercial Performance – Produce reporting, analysis, and business documentation to support informed decision‑making, business planning, contract performance, and operational excellence.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and ways of working, driving efficiencies and supporting the successful delivery of multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

We’re Looking For Someone With

  • Business Support & Operations Experience – Proven experience in a Business Support, Operations, Office Management, or similar role, with a track record of driving efficiency and supporting operational delivery.
  • Exceptional Organisation & Planning Skills – Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex activities, and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Commercial & Analytical Mindset – Commercially aware, with experience supporting business performance through reporting, analysis, and effective decision‑making support.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication – Confident building relationships and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, with excellent communication, planning, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proactive & Solutions‑Focused Approach – A self‑starter who thrives in dynamic environments, embraces continuous improvement, and remains effective when navigating ambiguity. Experience within hospitality, events, or stadium operations would be advantageous.
