About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Premium Sales, you'll play a vital role in coordinating, planning and delivering premium hospitality experiences across the venue. You'll work closely with teams across the business to ensure every detail is taken care of, creating seamless experiences for our premium guests while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional premium guest experiences by managing hospitality arrangements across all premium spaces and ensuring a seamless customer journey before, during and after every event.
- Coordinate event delivery across departments, working closely with Catering, Marketing, Ticketing and Operations teams to ensure all premium products and services are executed to the highest standard.
- Manage premium event administration and fulfilment, including ticket allocation and distribution, event communications, function sheets, guest accreditation, lanyards and event tokens.
- Support operational excellence on event days, assisting with guest arrivals, resolving customer queries and ensuring all client requirements are met professionally and efficiently.
- Drive the growth and development of the premium offering by supporting new products, networking events, marketing initiatives, social media promotion and the implementation of new technologies and systems.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to provide outstanding service and develop strong relationships with clients, guests and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach, demonstrating initiative, problem-solving abilities and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, together with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook, and a flexible approach to working event schedules, including evenings and weekends.
- Additional experience in hospitality, events, premium service environments, ticketing systems, social media or team leadership would be advantageous but is not essential.
