About the Role
You will support lead on all aspects of HR operations for the UK business while aligning with Legends’ global HR strategy. This is a hands‑on role, balancing strategic input with operational delivery, and requires a strong understanding of UK employment law, HR best practice, and people management. The role will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, driving engagement, compliance, and organisational growth. This role will cover the South Region, and while London is a key hub, we are happy to consider applications from talented professionals based outside of London to include Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex and Buckinghamshire.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support for UK employees, including HR administration, policy guidance, and employee queries.
- Support employee relations processes, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and other workplace issues.
- Coordinate and manage TUPE transfers, including consultation, documentation, and smooth integration of transferred employees.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law, TUPE regulations, GDPR, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting in HRIS systems.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies and processes.
- Support HR projects and initiatives across Europe, ensuring alignment with global HR standards.
- Handle confidential and sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Champion employee engagement and well‑being.
- Manage the PDR process with stakeholders and ensure robust performance management processes are in place.
We are looking for someone with:
- Degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- HR generalist experience in the UK, with strong exposure to employee relations.
- Experience supporting TUPE processes in the UK.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law, GDPR, and HR compliance.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
- Experience in fast‑paced or multi‑site businesses is desirable.
- Willingness to be flexible and able to travel to include occasional overnight stays.
