Supporting an exciting programme of football fixtures, concerts, exhibitions, conferences, and major live events, you'll play an important role in delivering excellent customer experiences across our food and beverage retail outlets.
This is a great opportunity to work on a flexible, casual basis , serving thousands of guests and visitors in a fast-paced retail environment at one of the Midlands’ premier event destinations.

As a Retail Assistant, you'll help create a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests by providing efficient service, maintaining high standards, and contributing to the success of matchdays and events.

- The Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient service across retail kiosks and food and beverage outlets.
- Prepare, present, and serve food and beverages in line with operational standards.
- Operate cashless EPOS systems accurately and confidently.
- Maintain clean, organised, and well‑stocked retail areas throughout service.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a seamless customer experience while adhering to all food safety, hygiene, licensing, and health & safety requirements.
Please note: this position may require the preparation and handling of pork products.
