About the Role

The Business Intelligence Analyst will partner with in-venue operations at Chelsea FC. They will support contract decision-making, working alongside hospitality leadership to drive impactful insights. The role involves delivering analytics services to improve business efficiency, effectiveness, and resilience. Supported by Legends IQ, the analyst will ensure quality standards in operations and promote innovation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver IQ analytics services to in-venue stakeholders, including developing venue knowledge and operational processes.
  • Establish and deliver reporting standards, support business and post-event reviews.
  • Develop pricing, product, and promotion strategies based on team and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with Legends IQ on insights, data visualization, and strategic outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for product and distribution improvements.
  • Communicate guest insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze and optimize labor and cost management solutions.
  • Support innovation and operational excellence initiatives using consumer insights and technology.
  • Assist in strategy development for new technology initiatives.
  • Maintain data governance through audits, upgrades, and training.
  • Support ad hoc analytics projects as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in quantitative analysis, consulting, or client-facing roles, with interaction with leadership.
  • Bachelor\’s or master\’s degree in business analytics, statistics, economics, or related fields.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and drive insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Independent work ethic and effective time management.
  • Confidentiality and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, and Microsoft Office.
