The Venue
Opening back in September 2019, the £333 million complex has established P&J Live as the largest event complex in the North of Scotland, boasting world-class conference and exhibition facilities for organisers and delegates across the globe, all sustainably powered by local, renewable energy sources. P&J Live is operated by ASM Global, the world’s leading venue management and services company, connecting people through the power of live experiences.
About the Role
As our Senior Sales Executive – Premium and Conferences and Events (C&E), you will own the development of new premium sales at the venue, helping to drive new business for our suites, show deck and other premium packages. You will be a disruptor – building exciting new relationships with brand new clients, harnessing every opportunity to give businesses the chance to host events with us. In addition, this role will focus on driving opportunities across the UK, researching and effectively handling inbound event (conference and banqueting) enquiries, bringing these to conclusion, as well as proactively initiating new business leads for the venue.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively secure new sales for our premium offering during live entertainment events, by identifying prospects in the local/and or national market.
- Proactively secure new advertising sales, sell existing inventory across the venue, and identify new advertising opportunities.
- Support with identifying new inventory/packages to enhance the premium offering and drive new sales.
- Maintain relationships with existing and new clients in the local market, providing support, information and guidance.
- Work alongside the premium sales manager to devise and implement a sales plan to meet agreed targets in these areas.
- Attend all live entertainment events to account manage all premium clients, and support with premium up-sales.

- Proactive and energetic approach to sales.
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
- Good business sense, the ability to be strategic.
- Good grasp on data, KPI’s and finances.
