We are looking for a highly organised and pro-active Office Manager to join our team on a construction site based in Green Park, central London.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily administrative operations of the site office, acting as a central point of contact between the site team, subcontractors, and head office.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the site office while supporting the delivery of a successful building.
  • Your Main Tasks
    • Accounting and invoicing: upload and follow up on outstanding payments.
    • Project administration: maintain and monitor Project SharePoint, upload and track contracts, warranties and subcontractor documentation.
    • Office management: manage office supplies, support onboarding of new staff.
    • Reporting: prepare monthly community newsletters, manage Local Employment Strategy (Section 106) and liaise with local authorities.
    • Archiving and Project handover: maintain project records, support archiving and handover documentation.
    • Events: organise site team and company events.

You have proven experience (2-5 years) as an Office Manager on a construction site.
