We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Trades Package Manager to join our growing and dynamic team in London.

If you have a proven track record in managing internal trades packages, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering high-quality finishes safely, on time, and within budget, and if you want to make a real impact on prestigious construction projects, we would love to hear from you!

  • Your Main Duties
  • Manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of internal trades packages, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring efficient sequencing of works and effective collaboration between trades.
  • Monitor progress against programme, proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact quality or delivery.
  • Ensure all works comply with health and safety legislation, company procedures, and project quality standards.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and technical information, identifying and resolving design or coordination issues with the project team.
  • Coordinate the procurement, delivery, and management of materials, ensuring they are available when required.
  • Carry out regular quality inspections, manage snagging activities, and ensure timely completion of defects prior to handover.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Management team, Design Team, and Commercial team to ensure successful package delivery.
  • Attend and lead coordination meetings with subcontractors and internal stakeholders, providing regular progress updates.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

Your Profile

You have proven experience as an Internal Trades Package Manager, Package Manager, or Senior Site Manager within the construction industry, with a strong focus on internal fit-out and finishing works.

You have successfully managed internal trades packages from procurement and planning through to completion and handover on medium to large-scale construction projects.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.

  • Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and contracts.

  • Appetite for learning and gaining experience
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in construction management or a related field (preferred).
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or equivalent, First Aid, and relevant CSCS card.
