We are looking for anenthusiastic and organised HR Coordinator to join our HR team andsupport our employees and managers across the UK and Channel Islands.
This is a fantastic opportunityfor someone with 1–2 years' HR experience who wants to broaden theirknowledge and gain hands‑on experience across the full employee lifecycle. Youwill work closely with the HR Business Partner and have exposure to a widerange of HR activities. No two days will be the same. You will play an importantrole in keeping our HR operations running smoothly and ensuring our employeesreceive a positive and consistent experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supportingrecruitment from vacancy approval through to onboarding, includingcoordinating interviews, candidate communication and pre-employmentchecks.
- Coordinatingonboarding and offboarding and ensuring a great experience for our newstarters and departing employees.
- Preparingcontracts, letters, amendments and other HR documentation.
- SupportingUK and Channel Islands payroll and benefits administration.
- ManagingRight to Work checks and supporting visa and work permit administration.
- Respondingto routine HR queries and supporting managers and employees with HRprocesses and policies.
- Coordinatingtraining and supporting learning and development initiatives.
- Maintainingaccurate employee information across our HR systems.
- Supportingperformance reviews, employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Contributingto HR projects and helping us continuously improve our processes andemployee experience.
- Supportingearly careers initiatives and campaigns.
