Are you an early-career engineer eager to gain hands‑on experience in construction projects? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing), supporting the pre‑construction phase from design through procurement while collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. If you are interested in being involved in a project from its concept stage through to delivery, we would love to hear from you!

Your main duties:

  • Design & Coordination
    • Support coordination with architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders in the design and development of MEP systems.
    • Assist in reviewing MEP design drawings, layouts, and specifications for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
  • Tender & Procurement Support
    • Assist in preparing material take‑offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for MEP systems.
    • Support the preparation of scope of works and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Testing & Commissioning
    • Support testing and commissioning activities to verify that MEP systems operate as designed and meet performance and energy‑efficiency requirements.
    • Assist in preparing commissioning documentation and reports as required.
  • Compliance, Health & Safety
    • Ensure that all MEP systems are designed and installed in compliance with applicable building codes, statutory regulations, safety standards, and project‑specific requirements.
    • Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental procedures related to MEP works.
