Internal Trades Package Manager to join our growing and dynamic team in London.
If you have a proven track record in managing internal trades packages, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering high-quality finishes safely, on time, and within budget, and if you want to make a real impact on prestigious construction projects, we would love to hear from you!
Your main duties
- Manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of internal trades packages, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring efficient sequencing of works and effective collaboration between trades.
- Monitor progress against programme, proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact quality or delivery.
- Ensure all works comply with health and safety legislation, company procedures, and project quality standards.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical information, identifying and resolving design or coordination issues with the project team.
- Coordinate the procurement, delivery, and management of materials, ensuring they are available when required.
- Carry out regular quality inspections, manage snagging activities, and ensure timely completion of defects prior to handover.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Management team, Design Team, and Commercial team to ensure successful package delivery.
- Attend and lead coordination meetings with subcontractors and internal stakeholders, providing regular progress updates.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
