Are you an early-career engineer eager to gain hands‑on experience in construction projects? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing), supporting the pre‑construction phase from design through procurement while collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Design & Coordination
- Support coordination with architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders in the design and development of MEP systems.
- Assist in reviewing MEP design drawings, layouts, and specifications for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Assist in preparing material take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for MEP systems.
- Support the preparation of scope of works and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support testing and commissioning activities to verify that MEP systems operate as designed and meet performance and energy‑efficiency requirements.
- Assist in preparing commissioning documentation and reports as required.
Compliance, Health & Safety
- Ensure that all MEP systems are designed and installed in compliance with applicable building codes, statutory regulations, safety standards, and project‑specific requirements.
- Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental procedures related to MEP works.
Profile
You are either beginning your professional journey or ideally, have a few years of experience, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
