We’re looking for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to take ownership of our global payroll operations and benefits programmes.
You’ll lead with precision and care, ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time, our benefits stay competitive, and our processes scale with our growth. You’ll be a trusted partner across our People and Finance teams, helping us build a seamless employee experience across multiple countries. You’ll report into our People Operations Manager.
What You\’ll Positively Impact
- Payroll Management
- Lead end-to-end payroll across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timeliness.
- Oversee our Employer of Record (EOR) payroll and vendor relationships.
- Safeguard data integrity and confidentiality, ensuring payroll is right first time.
- Partner closely with Finance and People teams to streamline processes and drive automation.
- Lead payroll-related projects, from transformation, system improvements, to acquisitions and integrations.
- Provide clear insights and analytics on payroll trends, costs, and workforce metrics.
- Strengthen internal controls, support audit and reporting compliance.
- Benefits Management
- Own the design, delivery, and optimisation of employee benefits across our global footprint.
- Partner with brokers and vendors to ensure our offerings stay competitive and cost-effective.
- Lead annual renewals and open enrolment processes.
- Analyse utilisation, costs and feedback to evolve our benefits strategy.
- Keep us compliant with local legislation and ahead of market trends.

- You’re a detail-driven payroll and benefits professional who understands that behind every payslip and benefit is a person who deserves to feel valued.
In terms of technical skills for the Payroll & Benefits Manager role, you ideally bring:
- Proven experience managing payrolls across multiple countries, including vendor management and compliance (ideally across Europe and North America).
- Strong knowledge of global benefits administration (ideally across Europe and North America).
- Confidence working with senior leaders and external partners.
- Sharp analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach – you don’t just spot problems, you fix them.
- Professional payroll certification (e.g. CIPP, CPP) is a plus.

- For this role as Payroll & Benefits Manager, you will have multiple chances to progress further with us over time.
