The Role
Legend is hiring a Head of Account Management, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. This is a high-impact, hands‑on leadership role responsible for owning and scaling our global commercial partnerships across multiple geographies. You’ll lead and develop a team of Account Leads and Account Managers while directly managing key strategic partners, driving revenue growth, and shaping commercial strategy across markets. We’re looking for a commercially sharp, data-driven leader with deep iGaming experience (ideally within an affiliate environment), who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with a roll‑up-your-sleeves attitude, someone who can lead from the front, negotiate high-value deals, and unlock new monetisation opportunities through strong partner relationships and smart use of data. Your Impact
- Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing Account Management team, building clear structure, ownership, and career progression
- Own and execute commercial strategy across multiple markets, driving sustained revenue growth and partner performance
- Strengthen and expand relationships with key strategic partners, including hands‑on ownership of VIP accounts
- Drive monetisation improvements across Legend’s products by leveraging data, insights, and new capabilities
- Implement and optimise systems and processes (including CRM) to improve efficiency, reporting, and team productivity
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in iGaming
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of negotiating and optimising high-value deals
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing account management or commercial teams
- Ability to define and execute market-level commercial strategies across multiple geographies
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and performance improvements
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with experience engaging and influencing senior (C-level) stakeholders

- Interview with our Head of Account Management (1 hour via Teams)
- Interview with our team, Head of Commercial Operations and Head of North America (1 hour via Teams)
- Take home task - you will be given 5 days to complete the task and present it back to the team, Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Account Management and Principal Optimisation Lead (1 hour video via Teams)
- Final interview with our team, Founder and Global Head of People (1 hour video via Team)
