Your Impact:
- Act as a trusted commercial partner to senior stakeholders, using insight to influence decisions and drive performance across the pillar.
- Forecasting and budgeting across the marketing funnel, commercial performance, and capital allocation.
- Supporting monthly performance review calls alongside the Senior FP&A Manager, preparing data reports and distilling insights to drive performance across the Pillar.
- Support the delivery of the annual planning process, including regular forecasting activities.
- Help produce and continually improve financial reporting and insight, including intra‑month reports and month‑end reporting.
- Combine financial and non‑financial data to uncover performance drivers and opportunities for growth.
- Partner cross‑functionally with product, commercial, marketing, data and finance teams to build a holistic view of performance.
What You’ll Bring:
- You are confident in partnering with your stakeholders, you enjoy bringing data to push performance levers and help your business unlock growth.
- Proven experience in a commercial Finance/FP&A function - this could be as an FP&A Analyst, Commercial Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel [confident in producing annual reports or data modelling]
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Able to pivot your communication style and explain financial jargon to all stakeholders.
- Proactive and high‑ownership mindset.
