We’re looking for a hard-working, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor who leads from the front and takes pride in running a smooth, efficient operation. If you’re driven, motivated, and ready to build and support a high-performing team, this could be your next step. You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Manager to keep operations safe, organised, and on track — while helping push performance and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate, and support the warehouse team
- Oversee all areas: inbound, outbound, cross-dock, pick & pack, and pallet dispatch
- Maintain a safe, tidy, and compliant warehouse environment
- Drive team performance and meet daily KPIs
- Improve warehouse systems, processes, and workflows
- Support same-day delivery operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supervising or leading a warehouse team
- Hands-on, confident, and proactive working style
- Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations & logistics
- Comfortable working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Flexibility to support AM shift when required
- Bonus: experience in a pallet network environment
