We’re now hiring a Head of Menswear Buying to lead our product strategy, ensure commercial performance, and continue delivering menswear that sets the pace, not follows it.

The Role

As Head of Menswear Buying, you\’ll own and drive the menswear product strategy across all categories. From fabric discovery to category scaling, your decisions will shape the product direction and bottom line of the brand.

You must be fluent in both streetwear and smart/casual styles , with a strong commercial instinct and a deep knowledge of fabric innovation , market trends, and what men actually want to wear next.

You’ll work cross-functionally with design, merchandising, and marketing (remotely) to execute with precision and speed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the menswear buying function with full commercial and strategic ownership
  • Identify and source innovative, high-performance fabrics that elevate our product quality and point of difference
  • Stay ahead of trends and category shifts in both smart/casual and streetwear segments
  • Build data-informed, margin-conscious range plans with a focus on bestsellers and new hero products
  • Collaborate with design to align seasonal direction, silhouette, and fit
  • Manage supplier relationships globally and negotiate best-in-class commercial terms
  • Monitor weekly sell-through, margins, and category performance to make fast, impactful decisions
  • Own seasonal and in-season budgets and ensure profit targets are hit
  • Maintain speed-to-market through tight critical path management
  • Lead and develop a growing team of buyers and assistants to deliver with excellence

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a senior menswear buying role, preferably within a fast-paced eCommerce or DTC brand
  • Deep understanding of both tailored smart/casualwear and modern streetwear
  • Obsessed with trends, consumer behaviour, and emerging fabric technologies
  • Strong commercial instinct with a proven record of scaling product categories profitably
  • Experienced in working remotely and independently while collaborating across teams
  • Highly analytical and comfortable making data-led decisions
  • A confident leader who holds a high standard and thrives in a high-performance culture
