Legend London is in a rapid scale phase. Our priority is simple: highly profitable growth. This role exists for one reason: Maximise contribution profit while the business triples in revenue. We specialise in menswear essentials, selling across the UK, US and international markets through a performance-led DTC model. We are founder-led, commercially disciplined, and obsessed with unit economics, not vanity metrics.
You will own the entire paid acquisition engine across Meta, TikTok and Google. Your mission: Scale revenue aggressively while improving CAC efficiency, LTV and contribution profit. You will build and lead a high-output creative system capable of sustaining £10K–£50K+ per day per market.
Core Responsibilities- Own paid media budget allocation across all markets
- Improve blended CAC and MER
- Increase contribution profit by SKU and country
- Improve 60-day and 90-day LTV
- Manage payback periods and capital efficiency
- Identify scaling constraints before they become problems
- Full ownership of Meta, TikTok and Google strategy
- Structure campaigns for aggressive, controlled scale
- Lead weekly revenue and efficiency reviews
- Drive data-led decision making across performance channels
- Build and systemise a 20–30+ new ads per week framework
- Develop angles, hooks and offer psychology
- Rapidly scale winners
- Partner closely with creative strategists and editors
Creative is the primary growth lever. You must understand this deeply. Lead and develop internal performance team. Set performance standards and clear KPIs. Build a culture of accountability and output. Improve reporting, dashboards and forecasting.

- Experience scaling a DTC eCommerce brand (£10M–£80M+ range)
- Managed meaningful paid media budgets (min. £1M+ per month)
