About Legend London
Legend London is one of the UK's most exciting and fastest growing fashion brands that’s on a mission to 10X in 5 years. Our menswear department served hundreds of thousands of customers across the UK, US, and EU. Now it’s time to put something legendary on their feet. Legend London is launching its first-ever men's footwear line, and we’re looking for a Senior Footwear Designer to own it from day one. You won’t just design shoes; you’ll build the category and help shape the vision. If you’ve ever said, “Give me control of the footwear line, I’ll build something iconic,” this is your shot.
What You’ll Own
- Lead concept, design, and development of our men’s footwear range
- Research trends, tech, and global markets to design shoes that scale and convert
- Build CADs, tech packs, and prototype briefs that turn sketches into products
- Direct sample development and ensure fit, feel, and finish are elite
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Creative to align releases with campaigns
- Select materials, constructions, and finishes - you decide the standard
- Manage relationships with factories, suppliers, and developers
- Contribute to long-term footwear roadmap, innovation pipeline, and category expansion
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years experience in men’s footwear design (fashion, lifestyle, or performance)
- Proven portfolio of commercially successful designs (not just art school projects)
- Fluent in footwear design software: Illustrator, Photoshop, Rhino, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of materials, fit, and construction
- A mix of creative vision + product discipline
- Able to work fast, independently, and at high standards
- Obsession with fit, finish, and future trends
- Ambition to build a product legacy, not just a range
Bonus Points If You…
- Have launched or scaled a footwear line before
- Know your way around 3D rendering tools
- Have worked with factories in Portugal, Turkey, or Asia
- Want to help define one of the biggest UK fashion launches of the year
What You’ll Get
- Competitive salary
- Remote-first freedom (with London team access)
- Ownership over the category you design
- A real budget, real production, real scale
- The chance to define the footwear of an 8-9-figure fashion brand
- An amazing culture of humility, respect, obsession with growth, continuous learning, and autonomy
