  • Build pages using Shopify + CRO and Landing page tools
  • Work with developers + creatives to ship high-converting tests fast
  • Turn insights into systems: Build dashboards, test logs, and post-launch reviews
  • Benchmark against top DTC brands weekly - steal what\'s working, ignore what isn\'t

Who You Are

  • 3–5+ years in eCommerce + CRO (DTC brands, fashion a plus)
  • Elite data Analyst, problem solver, and have exceptional reasoning skills and can spot and solve CR issues quickly
  • Deep Shopify experience - you\'re fluent in the platform and its limitations
  • Strong with Google Analytics, heatmaps, Intelligems, and data interpretation
  • Know how to run structured A/B tests from hypothesis to result
  • You love to find growth hacking opportunities
  • You love offer testing

  • You can own projects independently from idea → launch → iteration

Bonus Points If You...

  • Have experience in a high-volume fashion brand
  • Know custom HTML/CSS/Liquid
  • Have worked with retention or LTV optimization
  • Understand TikTok/Meta landing page congruence
