The Role:
You will be working under the guidance of the Head of Programmes to establish a high-performing centralized Product Delivery function and embedding Product Delivery Lifecycle best practices across the organisation.
2025 marks the year of “World-class Product Quality” at Legend, and this is a great opportunity to lead the implementation of the future of product delivery. Your role will be championing and facilitating Product Delivery Lifecycle best practices within the context of central capabilities and ensuring alignment with the rest of the business.
What You\’ll Do:
- Line management of all Delivery Leads within Legend.
- Enable smooth cross-pillar continuous product delivery via PDLC best practices.
- Implementation of effective means to continuously track and improve execution cycle time across business units, therefore optimizing across the whole organisation.
- Support Pillar delivery leads to flesh out capacity plans that are feasible and enable optimal resourcing decision-making.
- Spearhead and continuously improve planning cycles, setting new standards for frameworks that drive prioritisation, scalability, and optimal ROI across the organisation.
- Guide and ensure seamless task sequencing across pillars, harmonising product delivery efforts across business areas.
- Enable Delivery Leads within Pillars and business areas to adopt Delivery best practices in a tailored way that best enables Pillar business outcomes.
- Help facilitate organizational seasonal planning cadence across the organisation.
- Embed Product Delivery Lifecycle best practices across Legend.
- Ensure the Product Delivery function tracks effective milestones and execution metrics in collaboration with PM, Architects, Business stakeholders, and Engineering squads.
What You\’ll Bring:
- Experienced in Product Development Lifecycle implementation.
- Line / performance management experience.
- Strong knowledge of a variety of Agile practices and methods at scale, specifically product-based.
- Complex Project Management practice experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage and engage with various stakeholders effectively.
- Experience working in complex product environments – multiple products across multiple teams.
