The Role: The Creative Designer will lead the development of visual assets that drive measurable performance across paid media channels. This role will focus exclusively on paid marketing creative designs, crafting visuals that convert and continually optimising based on data-driven insights. As a key member of our Paid team, you will bridge the gap between creative design and performance marketing, ensuring every asset not only looks exceptional but also delivers results. You will lead the creative designs for campaigns across display, social, video, and emerging ad formats, while leveraging advanced design tools and AI-driven workflows to push creative boundaries.
Your Impact:
- Design Media Assets: Create visually compelling, performance optimised banners, videos, and motion graphics for paid campaigns across channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more).
- Paid Creative Strategy: Develop and execute a creative strategy focused exclusively on paid performance.
- Data-Driven approach: Analyse creative performance metrics to guide ongoing design iteration and improvement cycles.
- CRO Design Principles: Apply CRO best practices to every design, ensuring that visual storytelling drives clicks, conversions, and engagement.
- Quality & Efficiency: Manage design workflows to balance creativity with scalability and production efficiency.
- Innovation with AI Tools: Experiment with and integrate emerging AI-based creative tools to enhance production speed, concept testing, and personalization.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in digital, graphic or creative design roles, ideally within a Marketing team.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and motion design.
- Understanding of CRO design principles, visual hierarchy, and ad psychology.
- Strong familiarity with data-driven creative testing (A/B testing, creative performance analytics).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
