As we continue to expand our eDiscovery team, we’re looking for an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager with strong end‑to‑end EDRM knowledge. This is a hands‑on role, combining technical delivery with client‑facing project ownership across complex matters.

This is a full-time remote role for an eDiscovery Project Manager. The eDiscovery Project Manager will oversee and manage eDisclosure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables meet both client and organisational objectives. Daily responsibilities include:
- Coordinating project timelines
- Facilitating expediting and logistics
- Conducting inspections
- Ensuring all aspects of the process comply with regulatory and confidentiality standards
- Collaboration with stakeholders to identify solutions and manage challenges
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Project Management and Expediting
- Strong understanding of Expeditor processes and methodologies
- Knowledge of Inspection and Quality Assurance practices
- Experience in Logistics Management and coordinating end-to-end workflows
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, manage remote teams, and handle detailed data processes
- Familiarity with eDisclosure tools and legal document review workflows is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
