The Opportunity

Our firm is going from strength to strength, so we're accepting expressions of interest from early career sales professionals to join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and play a critical role in expanding LegalVision’s outbound sales engine! You’ll focus on sourcing, engaging, and qualifying new leads, primarily targeting high-growth medium, mid-market, and enterprise level businesses across England. This is a hands-on outbound sales role, ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, curious about businesses, and hungry to build a pipeline that converts into healthy pay packets.

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated sales professional who is looking for experience in a fast-paced startup business. For high performers, there will be opportunities for mentoring and progression into more senior positions within the Growth team over time. You will have clear targets and a competitive uncapped commission package. Our sales roles are fully office-based in Ancoats. We're unable to accommodate hybrid working requests at this time.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospect into our Ideal Client Profile using LinkedIn, CRM filters, and lead lists
  • Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound emails to start conversations
  • Run qualification calls to uncover key pain points, timelines, and buying signals
  • Book high-quality meetings for our Account Executives (known internally as Legal Solutions Consultants)
  • Manage and maintain accurate activity records in our CRM
  • Contribute to refining messaging, sequences, and lead sourcing strategies
  • Hit daily and weekly activity targets across calls, emails, and meetings booked

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least six months of outbound sales or BDR experience, ideally in B2B services, SaaS or legal
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in speaking with business owners and sophisticated stakeholders, and managing objections
  • High activity levels and strong organisational skills
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and CRM tools
  • Interest in the legal sector, sales development, and corporate environments
  • Full work rights in England
