An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Paralegal to join our growing Corporate practice group. The role will involve assisting with AML checks, helping our clients with company incorporations and preparing ancillary documentation, and assisting lawyers prepare various base documentation relating to corporate governance. You will also be required to provide general assistance to the Legal team, including maintenance of its precedents and other general administrative tasks. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate an ability to prioritise effectively, work under pressure, manage a range of legal matters concurrently, and confidently communicate directly with clients.
This position is an ideal launchpad for law students nearing the end of their degrees, or recent graduates, seeking a career in corporate law. This role may present the opportunity to progress to a Trainee Solicitor position after 12 months, depending on the needs of the business.
