An exciting opportunity exists for a talented commercial disputes and litigation lawyer to join LegalVision's team in Manchester. We're looking for a Senior Associate with experience in a broad range of commercial disputes, including:
- breach of contract;
- shareholder/director disputes;
- IP infringement;
- breach of confidentiality;
- enforcement of restrictive covenants;
- debt recovery matters.
You'll gain direct exposure to varied member queries, from straightforward contract issues to complex commercial problems. You'll also handle complex litigation matters and court cases for both members and non-members, giving you comprehensive disputes experience covering prevention advice, litigation and resolution.
The role is perfect for a generalist commercial litigator who has had autonomy over disputes matters, requiring little to no supervision. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to gain supervision/management experience, supervising the work of trainee solicitors.
We'd love for the successful candidate to be based in our Manchester office, but we're happy to consider remote work options, including from London, for the right person.

- Collaborative: Gets a kick out of working with smart people and learning from them.
- Adaptable: Grasps new concepts quickly; goes with the flow; improves every day.
- Autonomous: Likes help, but doesn't always need it; owns their work; loves responsibility.
- Optimistic: Sees the best in situations; is solutions focused; never gives up.
