The challenge

As the Senior Product Manager for Integrations, you will be instrumental in embedding Juro into our customers’ ecosystems. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive the integrations strategy that enhances our product offering and delivers unparalleled value to users.

Your mission is to integrate Juro into core customer workflows, driving user adoption and boosting retention by delivering long-term value. In this role, that means:

  • Lead the Vision : Shape the future of integrations at Juro, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborative Execution : Partner with the Partnerships Manager to identify integration opportunities that enrich user experience and deepen customer loyalty.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize a robust data-driven mindset to set and measure success metrics, iterating on product offerings based on user feedback and analytics.
  • User-Centric Approach : Understand the full contract lifecycle, identifying touchpoints where integrations can provide meaningful solutions and improve workflows.
  • Agile Leadership : Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of integrations within an agile framework.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as the subject matter expert, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to secure buy-in and prioritize integration features.

Success looks like:

  • High adoption rates for integrations, reflected in customer engagement metrics.
  • Measurable improvements in user workflows that lead to increased satisfaction and retention.

Why join us

If you’re someone who wants to work for a vibrant, successful tech company but worry that most companies with “unicorn” ambitions are…

  • chaotic (= immature operation and prone to over-hiring)
  • fragile (= high cash burn and no profitability)
  • volatile (= vulnerable to market swings and layoffs)

…and therefore often not conducive to building a sustainable career foundation, you should consider Juro. Here’s why:

  • Join a tech company committed to sustainable growth.
  • Join a fast-growth startup that pushes autonomous product culture.
  • Join a scaleup that wins awards for its culture.

Who we look for

Research shows that men apply to jobs if they meet ~60% of criteria, but women and those in traditionally underrepresented groups tend to apply only if they check all boxes. If you think you have what it takes but don’t meet every single point above, please still get in touch. We’d love to chat and see if you could be a great fit.

We look for people whose approach to work aligns with our Values & behaviours . For this role, we particularly value:

  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability, and a results mindset (Strive To Deliver).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Keep It Simple).

On top of that, you have been part of a journey where:

  • You’ve got 4+ years of experience* as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, especially working on APIs and third-party integrations.
  • You’re comfortable using data to shape product strategies and make decisions.
  • You’ve worked closely with different teams to hit big-picture goals.
  • You know how to balance customer feedback, business needs, and tech constraints to deliver great results.
  • You’ve used agile practices to keep product development running smoothly and improve teamwork.
  • You’ve shared your knowledge and supported junior Product Managers, helping them grow within Juro’s Product community.

Bonus if:

  • You have a background in legal tech or another relevant field.

* What you did is more important than how long you did it. While this range is an orientation for you to understand what the IC4 level means to us, we still want to hear from you if you think you have what it takes but don’t quite meet this number (e.g. 4+ years is more akin to IC3 for us).

Our mission

Juro exists to help the world agree faster by making it incredibly easy for anyone to agree and manage legal contracts.

Juro’s intelligent contract automation platform is on its way to de-throning desktop tools as the paradigm for collaborating on legal documentation around the world.

We’re doing that by rebuilding contracts from the ground-up around a browser-native experience, augmenting workflows with powerful AI and enabling all teams to conduct contracting jobs faster than ever before.
