Role and requirements:

Wills & Probate Practitioner/Solicitor based in the Potters Bar office.

Experience: 8+ years PQE (minimum 8 years’ experience) with the ability to work unsupervised and manage a busy caseload.

Essential Knowledge and Experience:

  • Wills
  • Probate and Estate Administration
  • LPA’s
  • Court of Protection Deputyship and related matters
  • Trusts and Tax planning

Desirable Skills:

  • Keen to support ongoing development and expansion of the department
  • Contested Probate including Inheritance Act Claims and Will disputes (preferred)

Requirements:

  • Full clean driving licence
  • A willingness to attend other offices to take instructions to assist in the expansion of the department and be interested in business development
