Our friendly and expanding client law firm based in Buckinghamshire is currently seeking a Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer to join their Property Team. This full-time position offers a demanding and varied caseload handling all types of residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold on sales and purchases, new builds, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

To apply you will be experienced in all matters relating to residential conveyancing. A qualification is not essential if you have the pre-requisite experience.

Whats needed to be considered?

  • The ideal candidate will be at least 3+ years qualified either as a solicitor or as a Licensed Conveyancer.
  • Situated local or be familiar with the area will be an advantage.
  • Have effective networking skills.
  • Experience of running own caseload.
  • Ability and desire to meet targets.
  • Able to handle matters from initial instructions, to exchange and to completion.
  • Excellent inter-personal, customer service and team working skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with local clients.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Good local business contacts/a following would be an advantage.
  • Ability to commute/relocate: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
