About the Role

Our small and friendly law firm in Harpenden is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their structured Property team.

The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with HNW clients on sales and purchases, with a solid understanding of the residential transactional processes involved in sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties.

If you have 1-2 years of experience in this practice area, an understanding of residential conveyancing procedures from inception to post-completion registration at HM Land Registry, we would like to hear from you.

This role may suit an experienced Paralegal aiming to advance their career or a Law Graduate/Legal Assistant with at least 1-2 years of residential property experience seeking a Training Contract, which could be considered later.

Skills & Requirements

• Paralegal with experience in Residential Conveyancing (1-2 years)
• Familiarity with Case Management Systems (training can be provided)
• IT Literate
