Our clients are looking for an experienced Wills and Probate /Solicitor Practitioner to join their team based in the Potters Bar office.
Essential Knowledge and Experience
A minimum 8 years’ experience with the ability to work unsurvised and manage a busy caseloaders .
Wills
Probate and Estate Administration
LPA’s
Court of Protection Deputyship and related matters
Trusts and Tax planning
Preferred
Contested Probate including Inheritance Act Claims and Will disputes
Requirements
Full clean driving licence
A willingness to attend other offices to take instructions to assist in the expansion of the department and be interested in business development
