Role and requirements:
Role: Wills & Probate Practitioner/Solicitor based in the Potters Bar office
Experience: 8+ years PQE (minimum 8 years’ experience) with the ability to work unsupervised and manage a busy caseload
Essential Knowledge and Experience:
- Wills
- Probate and Estate Administration
- LPA’s
- Court of Protection Deputyship and related matters
- Trusts and Tax planning
Desirable Skills:
- Keen to support ongoing development and expansion of the department
- Contested Probate including Inheritance Act Claims and Will disputes (preferred)
Requirements:
- Full clean driving licence
- A willingness to attend other offices to take instructions to assist in the expansion of the department and be interested in business development
