Our well-established clients based in Potters Bar are currently seeking a talented Junior Litigator (of 5 years PQE+) to join their expanding Litigation Team.
Essential Knowledge and Experience
- Residential possession proceedings
- General contract disputes and claims
- Strong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules across both the County Court and the High Court
- Experience acting for both Claimants and Defendants
- Contentious probate matters and Inheritance Act claims
Desired Knowledge and Experience
- Commercial and residential property matters, including leases, forfeiture, and dilapidations
- 1954 Act claims for both landlord and tenant
- Adverse possession cases and actions involving squatters
Essential Skills
- Commercially aware with excellent organisational ability
- Confident in handling a varied and active caseload
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work to deadlines
- Able to manage and communicate clearly with clients
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
